Our cost figures are estimates generated from published cost data and local factors. They are not quotes, offers, or guarantees of price. Actual cost depends on your specific project and the contractor you hire. We do not perform repairs and do not sell them.
3. Contractor matching
If you consent, we connect you with independent third-party contractors. Those contractors are not our employees or agents, and we do not endorse, guarantee, or supervise their work, pricing, licensing, or conduct. Any agreement you make is solely between you and the contractor.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and to use the site lawfully. You are responsible for vetting any contractor before hiring.
5. Consent to be contacted
Any authorization you give to be contacted is described at the point of consent on our form and stored with your submission. See our Privacy Policy.
6. No warranty; limitation of liability
The site and estimates are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepairAlmanac is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site, the estimates, or any contractor you engage.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
